By using our website located at www.futuredecorguide.com (the "Site") and engaging our home renovation services (the "Services"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Future Decor Guide provides premium home renovation and remodeling services across the United States. Our Services include but are not limited to: home decor and interior design, exterior and garden renovation, home security installation and maintenance, fire security installation and maintenance, roof installation and maintenance, solar installation and maintenance, window installation and replacement, floor installation and maintenance, and bathroom renovation and remodeling.
We make every effort to ensure our Services are available across the continental United States. However, service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline or refuse service in certain geographic areas or for projects that do not align with our business scope, capabilities, or values.
We may engage qualified, licensed subcontractors to perform specialized portions of your Project. All subcontractors are vetted and operate under our project management and quality standards.
All quotes provided by Future Decor Guide are based on the information you provide and our assessment of the Project scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise quotes if Project scope changes, hidden conditions are discovered during construction, or material costs fluctuate significantly.
Pricing is provided in U.S. dollars and is inclusive of labor and standard materials unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, permit fees, and specialty material upgrades may be billed separately and will be clearly outlined in your Project agreement.
We offer financing options through third-party lending partners. Financing approval is subject to credit review and is solely at the discretion of the lender. Promotional rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered. If a Project is cancelled before commencement, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less any costs incurred for design work, permits, or materials.
Project timelines provided in our proposals are estimates based on typical conditions. While we strive to meet all deadlines, factors beyond our control (weather, supply chain delays, hidden structural issues, change orders) may extend timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. Change Orders may affect the Project price and timeline. Work on changed scope will not commence until the Change Order is approved.
You agree to provide timely access to the Project site, make decisions promptly, and ensure the workspace is safe and accessible. Delays caused by client indecision, access restrictions, or failure to prepare the site may extend timelines and incur additional charges.
Future Decor Guide provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on all standard renovation projects, and a 15-year warranty on our Luxury package. This warranty covers defects in installation and labor performed by our teams. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, modifications by third parties, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
Material warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers and are passed directly to you. We will assist in filing warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions or material defects beyond our control.
To file a warranty claim, contact us at info@futuredecorguide.com with your Project details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days to schedule an inspection.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, design layouts, 3D mockups, and software — is the property of Future Decor Guide or its content creators and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use our content without our express written permission. Project designs and mockups created for you remain our intellectual property until final payment is received, at which point they transfer to you for personal use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Decor Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for damages caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather events, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or third-party failures.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Future Decor Guide, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Your use of our Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, material shortages, or other force majeure events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site and Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to us, our clients, or third parties. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability clauses.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
